Vietnam tour: Halong Bay & Cat Ba Island Day 1: HANOI - HALONG BAY (Lunch/Dinner) An early morning start to drive to HaLong Bay, one of Vietnam's most impressive sights. Upon arrival, we take a boat trip to visit Ha Long Bay, listed as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. This picturesque "Dragon descending to the sea" Bay has 1,969 limestone islets rising from the sea, many of them containing beautiful grottoes. During the boat trip, we make stops for swimming and visiting one of the many grottoes as well as enjoying a seafood lunch prepared and served on board. Overnight on boat. Day 2: HALONG BAY - CAT BA ISLAND (Breakfast) In this morning, we will keep on our journey by junk-boat to Cat Ba Island, which is the biggest & most beautiful island among 1,969 islands in Halong Bay area. Upon arrival Beo harbour, shuttle bus will be waiting for you to take you to hotel then proceed to explore Cat Ba island by a visit to the National Park of Cat Ba - a Vietnam's unique offshore park, where is still preserving strickly a variety of rare fauna & flora. Day 3: CAT BA ISLAND - HAI PHONG - HANOI (Breakfast) In the morning, you will be free until taken to Cat Ba harbour for a hydrofoil to Hai Phong.
